So we wanted to try a new place. On the west island,( pierrefond ) and came across this jewel. The staff are outstanding & friendly, and the food, is one of the BEST ASIAN RESTAURANTS. If you are looking for a great place to eat. And not too expensive. You got to check it out.

My family and I have been going there for years and we enjoy it every time. They have a wide variety of dishes for every category: seafood, chicken, beef,porc, vegetarian. You're bound to find something for everyone! We've always enjoyed our meals there. The entrees are fantastic. We often order the vegetable dumplings (which come with an addicting peanut butter sauce) and almost always order the hot&sour soup and they're so good!! We also had the corn & crab soup this time and really enjoyed it. Oh, and definitely take the kan shao shrimp. The flavour is delicious! The prices average around 14 a plate, but they're meant to be shared. The restaurant itself is spacious and they recently cleaned it up so it's quite cozy! The staff is also nice and we always enjoy being greeted by Michael! I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good Chinese restaurant!

Stumbled the plan this restaurant I found the food really authentic and really good service is very fast and very polite. I go back again and I recommend it.

Love the food here I see a lot of complaints and it sucks to see because I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Generous portions not too expensive and very tasty. Also one of the few Chinese restaurants that have bukchoy my favourite chinese vegetable. Also one item it is pricey but totally worth it there pekin duck to die for. Highly recommend best chinese food in the west island.

My family has been going to this restaurant for over 30 years since first moving to DDO from LaSalle (I am 38 now with my own family of 4) and it has been the quality and quantity of the food (as well as the friendly staff) that has kept us going back. The dishes pictured are Black Pepper Chicken (old style),Chili Beef with shredded carrots & scallions and Fried Fish with Black Bean Sauce. The chef is still the same from 30 years & although the owners and wait staff have changed, there is no need to concern oneself with worry about the quality of the food; it is still EXCELLENT! I cannot comment on the wait staff but the new owners (especially the wife) are kind enough, as I've only done takeout orders since ownership of the restaurant changed years ago. Also, takeout orders get a 10% discount

Went in for lunch as a big party occupying 4 large tables. The food was really good, the service was very good. Had the sun streaming right onto my face between 2 drapes so, one of their staff members fashioned a cloth to cover the area without my asking. Washroom facility is clean. Atmosphere, it could use some sprucing up but over all not bad.

This is the restaurant of my childhood. My family has been coming here regularly since they came here in the 1960's. In my lifetime, I have never had a single problem or complaint with anything. Thousands of dollars have been spent here, and every single one was worth it.

I had their food on ubereats once and told myself I need to try it out at their restaurant cause it was so good !! Went with a couple of friends yesterday. We had their special combo. Came with soup, dumpling, general Tao, beef satay, veggie stir fry and their special fried rice for 28 each (we were 4)! Everything was delicious! Their beef satay had pineapple in it which was surprisingly good. I would definitely recommend this place for your go to take Chinese food or to go with large group of friends! Can’t wait to go back!
